Adam Stern didn’t come from money, connections, or pedigree. He came up through the grind. When he launched his first real estate securities business in 2007, he was newly married, had just bought a house, and was expecting his first child. Then the 2008 housing crash hit, wiping out the market and his livelihood almost overnight.

Today, Adam leads Strata SFR, a real estate investment brokerage that quietly connects investors with Build-For-Rent projects, Land and established SFR portfolios—off-market opportunities sourced through decades of trusted relationships in high-growth markets.
